I have been writing what christian media such as CBS, KMIB, etc. and Old denomination pastors have been slandering Shincheonji Church(Chairman : Man Hee Lee) by distorting meanings of Shincheonji’s teachings (doctrines).

Why do we call our church 'Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony'?
'Shincheonji' is a Korean word that means new heaven and new earth. It is a reference to the new heaven and earth in Rev 21.
We are the 'Church of Jesus' because Jesus is the Lord of our church.
We use the name 'Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony' because we are the place where the testimony about the fulfillment of the New Testament is being proclaimed. The fact that we are the 'Temple' is also important because a temple is a holy place where God dwells.
What Shincheonji believes and teaches, and what people learn through Shincheonji, is the Bible. It is not the arbitrary explanation normally given or the doctrine of the Calvin church, which was created by Calvin himself. We call ourselves the church of Jesus.
왜 교명을 신천지예수교 증거장막성전이라고 호칭하는가? ‘신천지’란 계시록 21장의 새 하늘 새 땅을 말한 것이고, 예수교란 신천지의 교주가 예수임을 말한 것이며, 증거 장막이란 신약이 이루어진 것을 증거하는 곳을 말하는 것이며, 성전은 거룩하신 하나님의 집이라는 뜻이다(계 15:2-5). 신천지가 믿고 배우고 가르치는 것은 성경 그대로이다. 자의적으로 해석한 주석이나 또는 칼빈 개인이 만든 칼빈교의 교리가 아니다. 그래서 예수교라 한 것이다.

Deifying Chairman of Shincheonji as the leader of the church of Jesus and the spirit of the Counselor?!?
The first lesson in Shincheonji teaching is about the owner of religion being God.
Religion is the highest of all teachings. The characters used to write the word religion in Chinese have an interesting meaning: “Look to the sky to learn how to be dutiful to your heavenly father.”
■ Who created religion?
God, the divine spirit, created religion (Jn 1:1-5).
■ Who is the founder of religion?
God the creator founded religion. In an effort to make himself known to the ignorant (Hos 6:6), God chose the prophets and apostles to record the Bible (2 Pt 1:21; Gal 1:11-12). Thus, the Bible is a divine book authored by God (2 Tm 3:16).
If people want to know the only true God, they must follow the religion founded by the only true God. No one who has received the teachings from above or has learned what true religion is can found his or her own religion. Any person who does such a thing is a heretic.
총회장을 교주와 보혜사 성령으로 신격화한다?
종교의 주인이 ‘하나님’이란 사실은 신천지예수교회의 첫 교육시간에 가르치는 내용이다. 종교는 으뜸가는 교육이라는 뜻이다. 그리고 종교는 신(영) 곧 하나님이 만드신 것이다(요 1:1-5). 종교의 교주는 창조주 하나님이시다. 참 신 하나님께서 하나님을 알지 못하는 자들에게 하나님을 알게 하기 위해(호 6:6), 성실한 사람들(선지 사도들)을 택해 말씀을 주어 기록하게 한 것이 곧 성경이다(벧후 1:21, 갈 1:11-12). 이러므로 성경의 글은 신서이며, 이 신서의 저자는 곧 하나님이시다(딤후 3:16). 이러므로 하나님 곧 참 신을 알게 하는 으뜸의 종교는 그 교주(敎主)가 이 종교를 만드신 하나님이시다. 이 종교를 받았거나 배우는 사람이 교주가 될 수는 없다. 받아서 배우는 사람을 교주라고 하는 그 사람의 말이 자의적으로 말하는 이단적 주장이 된다.
If you understand the concept of Spirit and Flesh, you will know the Chairman is neither God nor spirit. The congregation members of Shincheonji are not worshiping the chairman ; they are following him with respect because he received the revelation, the secrets of the bible. That is why Shincheonji continuously ask people to check the fulfillment of revelation through the bible every time.
영과 육의 개념을 제대로 깨닫는다면 육체인 총회장이 신도, 성령도 아님을 알 것이다. 신천지예수교회 성도들은 총회장을 신으로 떠받드는 것이 아니라 성경 속의 비밀을 계시를 통해 풀어준 실상 속 인물로 존경하고 따르는 것이다. 열려진 성경의 말씀을 듣고 확인했기에 존경하고 따를 수 있는 것이다. 그래서 늘 신천지예수교회에서는 성경을 통해 실상을 확인하라고 거듭거듭 강조하는 것이다.

Praising Chairman as a King?!?
This is also distorted claim because they do not know the concept of King in the terms of the bible. The congregation members of Shincheonji are not praising Chairman as a king.
In the bible, when Pilate asked to Jesus “are you the king of the Jews,” Jesus said “Yes, It is as you say” (Mt27:11). In that situation the word King is not a King in the world, it means pastor. When Jesus was being called ‘King of King’, it means that Jesus was a pastor who had the best truth.
The reason that Shincheonji congregation members think chairman as king is because he has the words of the fulfillment and the old denomination pastors did not have. This is also found though the bible by checking the fulfillment.

총회장을 ‘왕’으로 찬양한다?
이 또한 성경 속의 ‘왕’의 개념을 모르는 무지에서 나온 왜곡된 주장이다. 성경에 빌라도가 예수님께 ‘네가 유대인의 왕이냐’ 물었을 때 예수님은 ‘네 말이 옳도다’하신다.(마27:11) 이때의 왕은 세상의 왕이 아니라 목자를 의미한다. 예수님을 ‘만왕의 왕’이라고 할 때 예수님은 ‘최고의 진리를 가진 목자’를 의미하는 것이다. 신천지예수교회 성도들이 총회장을 ‘왕’으로 생각하는 이유는 기성교단의 목자들이 가지지 못한 계시 말씀을 가졌기 때문이다. 이 역시 성경을 통해 그 실상을 확인했기 때문이다.

The reason that is considered to be as heretics
Although they listened to the revealed word from Jesus (Isa 29:9-14), because the Physical Israelites(the Jews) were accustomed to the teachings of men, they could not understand or accept Jesus’ words. Instead they persecuted him and his followers as heretics.
Today, over the last 2,000 years the people of Spiritual Israel(Christians) have been proclaiming the good news about Jesus, who fulfilled the Old Testament. They have been spreading the seed of the gospel of heaven, which Jesus spoke in figurative language. Although Spiritual Israel has worked so hard for so long to spread this gospel, they do not understand the revealed words of God's scroll being preached to them (Rev 6, Rev 8, Rev 10) – the scroll that was once sealed with the seven seals (Rev 5). They, too, label those who deliver the revealed word as "heretics".
This tragedy has occurred because the testimony of the revealed word is at a different level than the teachings of men.
사람의 계명만 가르치고 배운 육적 이스라엘이 예수님의 계시의 말씀을 듣고 그 뜻을 알지 못해 예수님과 그 제자들을 이단시하였다. 오늘날, 예수께서 구약을 이룬 것과 또 비유로 전하는 하늘 복음의 씨를 뿌려 온 영적 이스라엘이, 일곱 인으로 봉함된 하나님의 책의 계시된(계 5, 6, 8, 10장) 말씀을 듣고도 그 뜻을 이해하지 못하고 계시의 말씀을 전하는 자들을 또 이단시하고 있다. 이는 초림 때나 재림 때나 ‘증거하는 계시’와 ‘사람의 계명’은 차원이 다르기 때문이다.

The teachings of men VS The revealed word
Just as Paul cast aside the knowledge of the world and opted instead for the revealed word (Phil 3:7-9), believers of today too must abandon the knowledge and teachings of men for the sake of the revealed word. There will be salvation only for those who truly understand the revealed word and believe it.
그러나 사도 바울이 땅의 지식을 버리고 계시를 선택한 것(빌 3:7-9)같이, 오늘날의 교인들도 사람의 지식과 계명을 버리고 계시의 말씀을 택하고 깨달아 믿어야만 구원이 있다.

칼빈은 제네바에서 칼빈 장로교의 절대 예정론을 믿지 않는 자들을 무차별 학살했다고 하였다. 이와 같이 오늘날 그 유전으로 장로교 소속 진 목사 등 개종 강요 목사가 자기 교단 내지 교회로 개종시키기 위해 개종 교육이라는 명칭으로 악랄한 행동을 할 뿐 아니라 가족 간의 갈등까지 부추기는 등 온갖 수단과 방법을 가리지 않고 있다.
